All additional purchasing costs are stated explicitly and in full in the sales offers we provide. When purchasing off-plan properties, these are usually 4% of the purchase price for the land register and notary, payable within 30 days of reservation to the Dubai Land Department, which oversees the entire purchase process for you. There is no buyer’s commission for you.
However, when purchasing on the secondary market, additional purchase costs may arise (brokerage and trustee fees), about which we will also provide you with full information in advance.
A payment plan (60% during the construction phase, 40% upon completion) is available for this project.
Financing through a bank in Dubai (usually up to 50% of the purchase price) is only available for properties that have already been completed. We would be happy to inform you about alternative financing options, such as additional mortgages on existing properties in Europe.
